Biography

Marit is a research intern at the Brain Research and Innovation Centre. After completing her bachelor's degree in Biology in Groningen, she is currently pursuing a master's degree in Neuroscience and Cognition at Utrecht University. During her studies, she developed a particular interest in the regulation of human behavior and emotions and how this is controlled from the brain. This interest is reflected in her internship, focusing mainly on the research project BOOSTCAMP.
