Umbrella Review on Breathing Exercises Brain Research and Innovation Centre (Dutch Military) & University Medical Center Utrecht
Introduction
Lately, there has been growing interest in the potential of simple breathing exercises to improve mental and physical health. If proven effective, these exercises could offer scalable, cost-effective interventions, particularly for stress-related complaints.
In this project, you will conduct an umbrella review (a systematic review of existing meta-analyses and systematic reviews) to clarify the evidence on this topic. The goal is to contribute to a publishable scientific article.
